Description: Extra woolly single-ply Aran-weight yarn. Undyed, naturally warm dark chocolate brown with gray-white heathering. Navajo Churro is a dual-coated fleece that has coarse, long, hair-like fibers that protect the short, downy, extremely soft wool underneath. This wool has been de-haired, but a portion of the outercoat is retained and provides strength to the yarn. This yarn is similar in structure and warmth to a traditional Lopi yarn made from Icelandic wool, but softer and less bulky.
